System Solutions of N.E., LLC began serving your computer needs in September of 1999 and has been serving you, our customers, with prompt, reliable service since that time. From the beginning, the driving force behind System Solutions of N.E., LLC is the perspective that people are our main concern. Because everyone has unique skill sets dealing with computers, we make a point of adapting to each person’s specific level so that they feel comfortable and confident when discussing issues related to their computer system. We want our customers to get the most out of their computers and/or networks, obtaining maximum utilization and efficiency.

System Solutions of N.E., LLC is also committed to serving the needs of the community. From 2004-2009, Christopher Nelson, the owner of System Solutions of N.E., LLC, participated in the Pan Massachusetts Challenge raised over $17,000 for the Jimmy Fund at Dana Farber Cancer Institute. Christopher is also a member of the Thompson Business Association (TBA) and, with his wife Celeste, served as co-chair the TBA golf tournament from its inception in 2019 until 2024. The event proceeds, which totaled over $64,000 during their tenure, helps fund the Weekend Warrior Project that feeds underprivileged families in Thompson.
